Outdoor Animatronic Dinosaur Installation: Site Planning and Setup Guide

Planning Your Outdoor Animatronic Dinosaur Installation

Successful outdoor animatronic dinosaur installations require careful planning. Proper site preparation ensures reliable operation, visitor safety, and maximum visual impact regardless of weather conditions.

Site Selection Criteria

Choose locations with adequate space for the dinosaur plus visitor viewing areas. Consider sight lines from approach paths. Ensure ground can support the weight and foundation requirements. Verify access routes for delivery vehicles.

Foundation Requirements

Most outdoor animatronic dinosaurs require concrete foundations. Typical specifications include reinforced concrete pads 30-50cm thick with anchor bolt embedments. Foundation size scales with dinosaur weight and wind load calculations.

Power and Connectivity

Standard animatronic dinosaurs require 220V single-phase power with dedicated circuits. Larger models may need 380V three-phase supply. Install weatherproof electrical enclosures rated IP65 or higher.

Weather Protection Features

DinoCG outdoor animatronic dinosaurs feature waterproof silicone skin, sealed electrical compartments, UV-resistant paint, stainless steel hardware, and drainage channels.

Safety Compliance

Install safety barriers maintaining minimum clearance distances. Post warning signs and operational guidelines. Include emergency stop buttons accessible to staff.
