Sound Sequence Programming
ZGDino units ship with 32 factory-loaded sound tracks. Custom sounds can be loaded via USB-C port in WAV format (44.1kHz, 16-bit mono, max 30 seconds per track). The DMX Sound Select channel triggers playback; volume is independently controllable.
Multi-Unit Synchronization
For shows with multiple animatronics, designate one unit as timecode master (outputs SMPTE LTC), slave units sync via daisy-chained DMX. Maximum recommended chain length: 32 units per DMX universe. For larger installations, use Art-Net or sACN distribution over Ethernet.
Sensor Integration
ZGDino supports PIR motion sensors, ultrasonic proximity sensors, and RFID badge readers as trigger inputs. Sensor events map to DMX scenes via the onboard controller, enabling visitor-activated interactions without external show control hardware.
