Daily: look before you listen

A short visual check catches most developing problems: skin tears, loose fasteners, oil traces, unusual noise. Ten minutes at opening is cheaper than a mid-day shutdown. Record what you see, even when nothing is wrong, because the pattern is the useful data.

Monthly: mechanisms and connections

Inspect joints, linkages, belt tension and cable routing. Check that safety limits still stop the motion where they should. Clean filters and cooling paths. Re-torque fasteners that see constant vibration, and note any that keep loosening.

Seasonal: deep service

Outdoor units need a service before and after the wet season: seals, drainage, vents and internal inspection. Indoor units still benefit from a yearly deep clean and lubrication cycle. Plan this work outside peak visitor periods.

Track the right numbers

Record run hours, fault types and repair time. After a season, the data shows which axes fail repeatedly and whether the problem is design, environment or operation. Without records, every repair starts from zero.

Spare parts decide uptime

Keep the parts that fail: seals, belts, fuses, sensor units and a section of skin material. A small spares kit turns a three-week order into a same-day fix. Agree the list with the supplier at handover, not after the first breakdown.

要备容易坏的件：密封件、皮带、保险、传感器和一段皮肤材料。一个小备件包能把三周订货变成当天修复。要在交付时就与供应方约定清单，而不是等第一次故障。
